How can I say anything bad about a resort

So chill here. Beautiful beach to walk on. Rented umbrella and titanic chairs....perfect and comfortable for the beach day! Friday morning was YOGA ON THE BEACH AT 8AM....thank you for the great experience....signing out and back to California....

We arrived at the Westin Hotel at 10 PM after our wedding reception, only to find they were unable to accommodate our room. I had checked in online that afternoon, but I assume our room was given to someone else. We were bumped to a 2-bedroom villa, but the staff we interacted with was kind enough to not charge us for the night. The person at the front desk also drove out to our villa to bring us necessary toiletries quickly that night, which was very kind. Not sure why this would happen after checking in online, but it was not a great experience on our wedding night.

This hotel was nice and the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. the pool was nice for relaxing and not too busy either. Also this hotel is a prefect location on the beach so you can walk out and be right on the beach. If you want a spa treatment like a massage it’s was really nice and relaxing. I will be back to visit Hilton Head again and I will be staying here at the Weston again.

Well renovated property. Rooms are a nice size and the sea view room was superb. Service in the restaurant was slow and below par. Menus a little limited in options. Other service was great. Beach access was fantastic and by far the best place be. Wedding receptions held in the open are intrusive and noisy, as is the music around the pool especially with a DJ on Saturday.

The facilities are great, the pool and beach are so beautiful and relaxing. The area is quiet so even the public beach isn't that crowded. The gym was ok, a bit small and limited weights and machines.

This was my third visit to the Westin. When you walk in, the lobby is scented and cool. The staff is incredibly friendly and self parking is free. The resort is clean, updated and beautiful. We'll be back!

It was amazing! Brought my family with 2 very young kids (~3 months & 3 years). Upon walking in valet greeted us warmly and we were assisted to our suite with our luggage’s. They also had fruit infused water at the front.. that is a great touch when it’s hot outside! The room is very clean & beautiful with a balcony. They have a family pool that is kid friendly. Deepest area is ~5 ft in that pool. They also have a ping pong table and fire pits that you can reserve available. Their poolside restaurants are amazing(I think the one I went to is named surf??) ! I ordered a burger, chicken tenders, lemon cake, and a fruit platter. Also ordered a strawberry & mango daiquiri. The strawberry one was the better one for me. I’m back at home wishing I ordered their cake again because it was that good. Their room service is quick & tasty. Breakfast is delicious as well.. they have a buffet option and an option to order straight from the kitchen. Their pancakes is pretty good. I found the honey to be quite interesting! I loved the way it was presented. I ordered a PB&J sandwich and to be honest I really can make that at home that was the only thing I felt like I shouldn’t have purchased. Their steak frites (ordered via room service) is delicious— it’s a must! They also have a gift store that you can buy all your pool items and souvenirs from— and yes it’s overpriced, as expected. Overall, everyone I encountered was so kind and I had an amazing time. It’s wonderful for families!

This was our first time to the resort. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and professional. Our visit focused on the beach and the pool and we weren't disappointed. Super relaxing visit. This was the first of many visits we will make to this resort! Had a grand time!
